To the editor:

I am writing in support of Supervisor Niki Conrad. It has been a privilege to work with Supervisor Conrad since the day she was sworn in. From the very first day she has put the people of Webster County first. Niki shows up and steps up. She has participated and graduated from the 12 Week Professional Development Academy on High Performance Leadership put on by the National Association of Counties. Niki was nominated by Gov. Reynolds and appointed by a Republican Senate to serve on the Iowa Commission on Community Action Agencies. Recently, she graduated from the Certified Iowa County Supervisor Program.

Her communication skills are second to none. her compassion shows in her work with our mental health region and countless other committees. The list of her achievements and accomplishments could go on and on. What you need to know is Supervisor Conrad will always represent the residents of Webster County with the highest degree of respect and professionalism. She will continue to work tirelessly to be transparent and keep you informed. Webster County continues to be a leader in our region because of people like her who share their experience and passion.
