Endorses Higgins for City Council
To the editor:
After reading The Messenger’s articles on the candidates for Fort Dodge City Council at-large and attending the forum where the candidates spoke, I feel Richard Higgins deserves your vote for City Council at-large.
He wants to be involved in the progress the city is making. Richard wants to listen to the concerns of the citizens. Since he is retired, he has time to research the concerns and respond to the citizens about it.
I am asking all the registered voters in Fort Dodge to get out and vote on Nov. 2. Please vote for Richard Higgins to give him the opportunity to represent you on the Fort Dodge City Council.
