Has a solution to daylight saving time
To the editor:
Every spring we are required to adjust the clocks 1 hour. This causes half of our fellow citizens to complain.
Likewise, in the fall, comes the requirement to adjust the clocks 1 hour. This seems to cause great distress to the other half.
One possible compromise would be to adjust the clocks one-half hour, one time and then quit. We could all get upset at once and then go on to find more important things to complain about.
It would make absolutely no difference timewise if this one-time change happened in the spring or fall. Thirty minutes plus or minus will split one hour.
