To the editor:

Fort Dodge has many parks to explore and the Fort Dodge Noon Rotary Club encourages you to explore Snell-Crawford Park, which our club adopted many years back.

Snell-Crawford Park has walking and biking trails, playground equipment, sand vollyeball courts, a disc golf course, many picnic tables, grills, public restrooms, historic Granger Cabin and a 45-person cabin that is available to rent.

Please encourage the city officials to reopen the road access to the center of the park again. The City Council will visit this road access in the near future and the Fort Dodge Noon Rotary Club encourages you to visit with the mayor or council members about greater access into the park and the ability for law enforcement to get greater access to patrol all parts of the park.
