The 17th annual Oakland Cemetery Walk was a great success thanks to several people and businesses. We would like to take the time to thank them: DART bus, Iowa Central Community College, Friendship Haven, Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Gunderson Funeral Home, Graham Tire, The Messenger, C & S Products, Bruce’s Funeral Home, Shimkat Motors, Calvert & Johnson Insurance, Party Productions & Ashley, Meg Beshey, Kemna Auto, Becker Florist, Bill Grady, United Bank of Iowa, Alpha Media, Webster County Genealogical Society, Webster County Historical Society, Fort Dodge Public Library, the public who came to the cemetery on Friday night and to both indoor performances, all of the presenters, and the Friends of Oakland Cemetery board.
