Think of Almost Home when donating

To the editor:

We would first like to say “Thank You” to all the generous people and businesses in our community who have given their support to Almost Home.

As animal lovers, it breaks our hearts to see a stray cat or dog on the street. Without Almost Home there would be many, many more. The shelter adopts over 400 cats and dogs every year, giving these stray and abandoned animals their “FOREVER HOME.”

As winter approaches, there are many cats and dogs out on the street who won’t make it through the winter. Almost Home provides a safe, warm, secure temporary home for these animals.

Please think of Almost Home when you make your year-end donations. Help us keep the most vulnerable safe and warm.
