Thank you, Fort Dodge!

To the editor:

Another year and another amazing effort put forth by the young women and men of the ICCC Culinary School. Chef Michael, Chef Jeffrey, and their team prepared nearly 2,000 meals for those in need, alone, or those that just wanted time to enjoy a meal with others on Thanksgiving Day. One hundred plus volunteers came to Fort Dodge Ford Toyota and ICCC on Thanksgiving Day and helped set up, greet families, serve, clean, deliver meals, and provide special memories to many citizens of Fort Dodge and Webster County. We are so grateful for this caring community that helps others during the holidays. Many volunteers have been with us multiple times and some all 11 years. Coach Miller and Fort Dodge Senior High football players, entire families, customers, friends, and our employees united together in celebrating the special day to give thanks. Dr. Kinney, you should be so proud of your students and staff that give of themselves to help others…Triton Nation shines very bright on Thanksgiving Day in Fort Dodge. To all of our partners; ICCC, Hy-Vee, Community Orchard, Great Western Bank, Friendship Haven, Great Western Dining Service, Lynch Farms, Buske Gardens, Candies & More, Becker Florists and Noon Sertoma, thank you on behalf of the Johnson Family, for everyone involved. It is Greatly appreciated!
