An Arts R Alive ‘thank you’
To the editor:
Arts R Alive in Webster City would like to thank all who attended and helped to make the eighth annual Sculpture Event and Seneca Street painting a success. Visitors enjoyed viewing the street paintings and the 10 new sculptures in West Twin Park. Thank you to the sculptors who displayed their work, the financial and in-kind donors, street painters, musicians, and those who helped set up the sculptures. A special thank you to the City of Webster City, the Park and Recreation and Street Departments for their assistance. The excellent coverage by the Daily Freeman Journal, KQWC Radio and Fort Dodge Messenger was appreciated.
Thank you to the following for in kind donations: Chuong Gardens, Fareway Stores, Hy-Vee Food Store, Mornin’ Glory, Second Street Emporium, Whoop-Ti-Doos, Richard Carlson – Plants & Flowers, Fort Dodge Fine Arts Association, Peterson Construction and Stony Creek Landscapes.
