St. Edmond Ball succeeds

To the editor:

The Friends of Saint Edmond Ball held their annual event for the 35th consecutive year on May 5. It was once again a very successful evening with $225,000 in net proceeds raised to assist the Saint Edmond system with their operating needs. We would like to give very special thanks to our co-chairs, Matt and Michelle Bemrich and Andy and Monica Shelly for their efforts on behalf of this event. Their dedication, leadership and vision gave us not only a fun and memorable evening, but the funding that will make such an important difference for our school.

Thank you to the entire community of Fort Dodge and Webster County for your continued support of our system. Our success is your success. Extreme appreciation to all those who donated financially or with auction items and to all of our volunteers, as this is certainly an undertaking that is impossible without many people’s involvement. Finally, thank you to the faculty, staff, administration, students and families who continue to make Saint Edmond Catholic School a wonderful place to learn, work and live. Go Gaels!
