Dear Editor,

From September 2010 through September 2014 I had the privilege of living and serving in Fort Dodge. During those four years I grew to know and work with many of the leaders in Fort Dodge and Webster County. Bob Thode was one of those key leaders. I recently learned that Bob has thrown his hat into the ring to represent the citizens as a Webster County Board Supervisor. I encourage everyone to vote for Bob because of his passionate dedication to Fort Dodge and Webster County, because of his demonstrated leadership, willingness to work, and his strong problem-solving skills.

I found Bob to be a passionate leader who would go out of his way to help those in need. He consistently demonstrated the commitment to understand the needs of those he served and those he led. To address those needs he willingly invested the long hours it took to make a difference in the lives of the citizens of Fort Dodge and Webster County. He repeatedly demonstrated his ability to network with business and civic leaders in the community to meet and exceed community goals. As a natural problem solver Bob always worked to understand the goals in a given assignment or personal project, recognized the available resources and carried out the projects with the best interest of those involved.

Bob has spent his professional career serving the citizens of Fort Dodge and wants to continue that service as a county supervisor. I again encourage everyone to take the time to vote for Bob to help the county and Fort Dodge to continue to grow.
