Appreciates Honor Flight
To the editor:
I was fortunate in being one of the first Vietnam veterans to go on the May 7 Brushy Creek Honor Flight. Hats off to Ron Newsum and his well-oiled machine for an excellent event.
If you threw $20 in a donation jar, contributed one of the “goody bag” items, wrote a letter for roll call, came out to the airport or helped out in any way to make this awesome trip possible, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
