Terrorists reveal their evil nature
If peace-loving people throughout the world needed any more evidence Islamic terrorists must be wiped out, it came recently.
In a carefully planned attack, Taliban terrorists massacred 145 people including more than 130 children at a Pakistani school operated by that nation’s military.
Targeting children came as no surprise. On Sept. 11, 2001, al-Qaida terrorists intentionally murdered some children among their nearly 3,000 victims.
Islamic State fanatics frequently kill children, sometimes beheading them.
Boko Haram terrorists in Nigeria have victimized children by the hundreds.
The Taliban have a history of ignoring age in their campaign to rule by terror.
For several years, Taliban terrorists have been relatively safe in some regions of Pakistan, in part because a segment of the populace sympathizes with them. That policy is changing. The terrorists claim the school attack was motivated by recent strikes by the Pakistani military against the Taliban and its supporters. Since the school massacre, Pakistan has stepped up that campaign and seems likely to become even more aggressive in the days ahead.
By making the school attack, the Taliban has exposed itself deservedly to massive retribution.
These murderous brutes must be destroyed.
