Richard S. Loehr, 92, of Moorland, passed away Friday October 17, 2025, at the Simpson Health Center, Friendship Haven. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM on Friday October 24, 2025, at Laufersweiler Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Fulton Township Cemetery near Moorland with military rites provided by the US Army and VFW Post 1856. There will be a visitation on Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
