Joe Skinner
Joe Skinner, Goldfield High School Member of the “Class of 1948” passed on to the 19th tee on April 21, at the age of 95. A proud Hawkeye, Joe served his Country in Korea, and for several decades was an active Contributor to the Community of Goldfield. Joe leaves behind his beloved wife of 67 years, Phullis, sons Kurt (and Linda, Derek, and Dylan) and Ken (and Annie, Jackie, Ian and Mikya).
Joe was fortunate to live many lifetimes in his 95 years, marked by his many accomplishments and the connections he made. Full obituary and tributes may be found on the Foust Funeral Home website.
Visitation will be held at Foust Funeral Home in Eagle Grove on Friday, June 12 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be Saturday, 11:00 am at Lake Lutheran Church, rural Goldfield/Renwick followed by an internment service at Glenwood Cemetery and fellowship gathering at the Amercian Legion Hall in Goldfield.
