Amber Spencer

Visitation will be held from 4-7 P.M. Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at Gunderson Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, April 23, 2026, also at Gunderson Funeral Home.

Amber was born on October 18, 1985, and brought joy, laughter, and warmth to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She was the beloved daughter of Jeffrey (Chris) Spencer and a cherished sister to Kory Spencer.

Amber had a vibrant spirit and a deep love for life’s simple pleasures. She enjoyed going out to eat, shopping, and spending meaningful time with her friends. She was an active participant at Life Works, where she built lasting friendships and shared her positive energy with others. One of her most treasured experiences was through Make-A-Wish, where she had the opportunity to meet the Olson twins.

A creative soul, Amber had a remarkable talent for diamond bead art and latch hook projects, and she found joy in anything related to arts and crafts. She also loved attending Golden Day events. Amber also enjoyed taking a drive and looking for deer.

Amber was known for her kind heart and spirited personality. She truly did not have a mean bone in her body. She was quick with a comeback, witty, and never afraid to speak her mind, all while loving everyone she met. Her warmth, humor, and genuine nature made a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Amber will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.

She is survived by her parents Jeffrey (Chris) Spencer; brother, Kory (Emma) Spencer; two uncles and an aunt.

Amber was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Gary Sr. (Janet) Spencer; maternal grandparents, Arnold (Patricia) Carlson; and uncle, Mark Carlson.

Memorials may be made at the family’s discretion.
