Rudolph Galask
Rudolph P. Galask, M.D., M.S. died peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 with his devoted wife, Gloria, by his side.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 1 PM at Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service, Iowa City. The family will greet friends from 12 PM to 1 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Shelter House or to CommUnity Food Pantry.
His greatest honor was to have been given the privilege and the responsibility for the healthcare of women, and the educational development of students, residents, and fellows.
Survivors include his loving spouse, Gloria and his brother, Robert Galask (Patti Oda) of Los Angeles.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
