Michelle (Gabrielson) Payne

Chelle Payne passed away on February 19, 2026 in Daytona Beach, FL. She was born May 6, 1963 and lived most of her life in the Belmond & Fort Dodge area. Chelle was a devoted wife, loving mother and proud grandmother whose greatest joy in life was her family. She is survived by her loving husband Shawn; children Josh (Rhiannon) Fogelman, Danielle Fogelman, and Cheree Elkin; and cherished grandchildren Kierstin, Lillian, Madalynn, Aria, Cameron, Addilynn, and Everlee. They were the love of her life. Chelle will be deeply missed. Visitation will be held from 5pm-6pm with a celebration of life to follow on Feb. 26th at Lighthouse Ministries, 1333 4th Ave. N, Ft. Dodge.
