Myron Taylor

Myron was preceded in death by his parents, Herman Taylor and Virgie L. Miller, and his siblings Patricia Avery, Linda Dianne Redmon, Ricky Taylor, Margaret Taylor-Howard, Barbara Smith, and Molena Taylor.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving daughters, Chassdie Mosley and Tayauna Mosley, and his treasured grandchildren Jaron, Jada, and Jordan, children of Chassdie, and Lyfe and Power, children of Tayauna. His grandchildren were the joy of his heart and a constant source of pride and happiness.

He is also survived by his siblings Madai Taylor, Rob Taylor, Herman Taylor, Jerry Taylor, Sarah Jean Taylor-Smith, Andrew Taylor, Betty Taylor, Sylvia Halley, and Rosemary Taylor, along with their spouses, children, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.

A hardworking man, Myron spent much of his adulthood as a dedicated blue-collar worker. He was employed by Georgia-Pacific and later IBP, where he was known for his dependability, strong work ethic, and pride in a job well done.

In his spare time, Myron found joy in refurbishing and working with his hands, especially fixing old bicycles. He appreciated simple moments and found his greatest happiness in being surrounded by family, sharing stories, laughter, and time with those he loved most.

Myron was a man of faith who loved God deeply. His spiritual walk and growth in his relationship with the Lord were discipled by Andrew Taylor through House of Christ Ministries.

Myron Taylor will be remembered for his quiet strength, generous heart, steady faith, and deep love for his family. His legacy lives on through the lives he touched and the love he shared so freely.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, January 8, 2026, in the chapel of Laufersweiler Funeral Home. A visitation will begin at 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be left to family discretion.
