Kent Ross Foltz
Kent was born on July 21, 1961, in San Diego, California, to GeneRay and Pauline (Rieboldt) Foltz. He was the third of four boys. He died on Jan. 7, 2026, in Fort Dodge, Iowa. He had dealt with a variety of health issues for many years, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes and kidney failure.
There will be no service. His wish was to have his ashes scattered in the Pacific Ocean.
He is predeceased by his grandparents, parents, and brother Scott. He is survived by his wife, Carol, two daughters, brother Gene and his wife, brother Curtis, two sisters-in-law, Aunt Debbie, four cousins, many nieces and nephews, and his roommate and longtime friend James Schoener. Kent was proud of being a native Californian and always wanted to move back there. He loved the beach. He played video games and enjoyed an online presence for many years.
The family would like to thank the Neverwinter community for the touching and heartfelt tribute to Kent on Jan. 17.
