Jerilyn “Jeri” Carlson, 68, of Fort Dodge passed away on Monday, January 19, 2026, at Grandview Care Center in Dayton. The Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at the Gunderson Funeral Chapel with Pastor Dave Grindberg officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 p.m. prior to the service at Gunderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
