Robert Dean Lippert

Robert Dean Lippert, age 84, of San Jose, California, passed away peacefully on October 30th, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, where he was raised with the strong values of faith, hard work, and family that guided him throughout his life.

Bob graduated from St. Edmond High School in 1960 and participated in both football and track.

In 1961 Bob enlisted in the Air Force and was stataioned in California. There he met and married Sylvia Coffaro in 1963. Together they had 3 sons, 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

As a couple, Bob and Sylvia enjoyed several trips to Europe, Alaska and Hawaii, all provinces of Canada, and several Caribbean cruises.

Family and friends always came first but as a couple they enjoyed 61 years of marriage. A full and faithful life.

Bob will be deeply missed and forever remembered for the love, kindness, and strength he brought into the lives of all who knew him.

Per Bob’s wishes, there will be no formal service. The family encourages friends to remember him in their own special way.
