Rosemary Case
Rosemary Case, 91, of Fort Dodge, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Friendship Haven in Fort Dodge. In accordance with her wishes, a private service will be held at Gunderson Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow at North Lawn Cemetery.
Born on February 18, 1934, in Evanston, Iowa, Rosemary was the daughter of George and Violet (Krantz) Ferguson. She was raised in Fort Dodge, where she attended school and later worked at the Tom Thumbs, Truck Haven Cafe and other restaurants forming lasting connections within the community.
Rosemary is lovingly remembered by her children: Pam Rose of Fort Dodge, Becky (Don) of Chamberlin SD, Shawn Sundermeyer of Fort Dodge, Tammy (Mark) Oester of Fort Dodge, Kim Truby (Drew) Queen Creek, AZ, Kevin Case of Queen Creek, AZ, 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Angie Peebles, grandson Riki Lehman, and her siblings Doris “Dot” Grell, Harold “Sonny” Ferguson, and Irene Linn.
