Jean E. Collins 88, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at her home. A Memorial Mass will be 10:30 AM Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at St. Francis Catholic Church, Rockwell City, with Fr. Ross Caniglia officiating the Mass of Christian Burial. Burial of ashes will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Lake City. A visitation will begin 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family. Laufersweiler’s Palmer & Swank Funeral Home, Rockwell City is serving the family.
