Brian Newsum

Brian was born to Ron and Joan Newsum December 7, 1965 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. He graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High before entering the workforce. He enjoyed meeting people and learning their life stories, he never met a person he didn’t like. He was a Happy Go Lucky person and this attitude was often seen at his job at Sisters Home Style Entrees in Humboldt, Iowa. His pass times revolved around coin collecting, music, visiting with his friends and family, and enjoying Fort Dodge’s public library.

7 years ago, tragedy struck the family, and Brian lost his older brother, Greg Newsum. Brian is now reunited with Greg in Heaven as they share the wonderful stories from their childhood years and watch over the rest of their family, patiently waiting to reunite with them when their time comes.

Brian is survived by his parents, Ron and Joan Newsum; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his brother, Greg Newsum.

Brian was a wonderful son and will be dearly missed by many family and friends.
