Mark Lang
Mark Lang, 62, of Manson, passed away at his farm on Sunday, September 15, 2024. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Manson with burial following at St. Thomas Catholic Cemetery. Visitation is from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Larson-Weishaar Funeral Home in Manson.
Mark was born in Fort Dodge on October 11, 1961, to Donald and Marlene (Ruden) Lang. He grew up in the Manson area where he attended school, graduating in 1980. Mark worked on the family farm and worked for Molines for over 40 years. He loved spending time with his family and also enjoyed collecting toy tractors.
Mark is survived by his daughters Danielle (Nick) Carlson of Manson and Amanda (Tyler) Hoffman of Quasqueton, IA; his grandchildren Cade, Lainey, Ellie and Violet; his sister Cathy (Gerry) Dencklau of Fort Dodge; nieces and nephews Marti Dencklau, Timmi Dencklau, Scot Dencklau and David Dencklau. He was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Marlene.
Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
