Valerie Neet
Valerie Lynn Neet, of Indian Creek, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 15, 2024. Val was born on April 8, 1959, and was the daughter of Lowell Neet and Joyce Vigdal Neet. Val is remembered with love by her lifetime companion, Reggie Cartee, her children, Justin Harmon, Naomi Cartee, and Cory Cartee, and her grandchildren, Autumn Green and Dylan Harmon. Val had a special adoration for her nieces and nephews, who always held a unique place in her heart. She cherished every moment spent with them along with all her other loved ones. Val is also survived by her sister and her husband, Vickie Neet Davis and Mike Davis, and her brother Allan Neet. Preceding Val in her journey are her parents and youngest sibling Lisa Neet of Fort Dodge, IA (May 24, 1961 – October 11, 2022).
Val was such a beautiful soul. She was a loved one and friend to many. All who knew her had the opportunity to experience that true, fiery, redhead spirit that made her so special. She will be dearly missed, fondly remembered, and forever loved.
Because Val loved animals so much, it would have been her wish for donations to be made to the animal shelter of your choice, in lieu of flowers or gifts.
There will be a Celebration of Life held at Camp WaNoKi on August 31st, from 12-5pm. Camp WaNoKi is located at: 2400 WaNoKi Camp Rd Fort Dodge, IA 50501
