Linda Jones

Linda Rochelle Larson, the daughter of Ernest and Martha (Ronhovde) Larson was born July 23, 1936, in Bode, Iowa and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School. On February 20, 1955, Linda was united in marriage to Raymond “Amos” Eugene Jones. After their marriage the couple made Fort Dodge their home and would raise their three children, Terry, Todd, and Randy. Amos passed away in 2002.

Linda enjoyed painting. She loved painting scenery on old barn doors and other crafts. Spending time with her husband outdoors growing flowers and having a vegetable garden. Great family memories were yearly family vacations and in retirement Linda and Amos took several international vacations. But her love of family was the greatest joy of all. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren will always have the memory of the quality time she had with them.

Linda is survived by her three children, Terri (Brian) Faulkner of Missouri, Todd Jones and Randy (Diane) Jones both of Fort Dodge; three grandchildren, Matthew (Amanda) Jones, Mitchell (Shelly) Jones, and Melissa Jones; eight great grandchildren, Madison, Avarie, Brieya, Emerlie, Fynnlie, Charlee, Gavin, and Gage. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Bonnie Larson.
