George A. Shimon, age 88, of Rolfe, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at the Laurens Care Center in Laurens, Iowa.

Funeral Mass is 10:30 AM Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic Church in Pocahontas, Iowa.

Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery in Pocahontas.

Visitation is 4:00 – 6:00 PM Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at Powers Funeral Home in Pocahontas.
