Darwin Paul Shimon, age 92, of Pocahontas, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Norwalk Nursing and Rehab in Norwalk, Iowa.

Funeral Mass is 10:30 AM, Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic Church in Pocahontas, Iowa, with Fr. Paul Nguyen officiating.

Burial and Military Rites will take place in Calvary Cemetery in Pocahontas.

Visitation is prior to the Mass from 9:30 – 10:30 AM, Wednesday, July 31, at the church in Pocahontas.
