Bill Ries, age 86, of Pocahontas, passed away on Monday, July 15, 2024, at the Pocahontas Community Hospital in Pocahontas, Iowa.

Funeral Mass is 10:30 AM Friday, July 19, 2024, at Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic Church in Pocahontas, Iowa, with Fr. Paul Nguyen officiating.

Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery in Pocahontas.

Visitation is 4:00 – 6:00 PM Thursday, July 18, 2024, at Powers Funeral Home in Pocahontas.

A Prayer Service will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
