Cindy Bloomquist
Cindy Bloomquist, 66, died peacefully with her family by her side, on May 19, 2024, at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home. Per her request, no public services will be held. Services are entrusted to Gunderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
Cynthia Susan Dudding, daughter of Richard and Sherry (Johnson) Dudding, was born on May 28, 1957. She graduated from Battle Creek High School and was very proud to earn her college degree from Buena Vista later in life. She loved to help people and was employed with Energy Assistance with North Iowa Area Community Action. On January 12, 2012, she married her soulmate, Terry Bloomquist. Her greatest love and calling was being a mother and grandmother. She will be remembered for her strength and sacrificial love.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Terry, her children; Tim Robinson, Sara Robinson, Miranda Robinson (the late Ryon Barnett), John (Samantha) Robinson, Joseph (Jess) Robinson, Eric Robinson (Beth Ricke), her grandchildren; Alyssa Moen, Kylie Barnett, Jordann Barnett, Autumn Robinson, James Barnett, J.J. Robinson, Everett Robinson and great-grandchild Hayden Barnett, her step-children Abby (Ross) Hansen, Alex (Elizabeth) Bloomquist and her siblings Vicki (Byron) Dausel, Teri (Bruce) Brock, Pam Brainerd, her mother-in-law Carol Hensley and father-in-law Mervin Bloomquist.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Mark and Scott Dudding.
