Brenda Guddall

Brenda is survived by her husband David; her children, Douglas (Ann) Guddall; Dawn Skelly; Derek (Erin) Guddall; her grandchildren, Michael (Jodie), David, Joseph, Nick, Chris, Ben, Sam, and Alex; and great grandson Wesley; her siblings, Wayne (Kathy) Namanny; Charlotte Walters; Joan (Bill) Denny; and her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Ilse Namanny, and brother-in-law Gary Walters.

Brenda Dorothy Namanny, the daughter of Alvin and Ilse (Bullmann) Namanny, was born September 16, 1950, in Ida Grove. She graduated from Eagle Grove High School in 1968. On November 8, 1968, Brenda was united in marriage to David Guddall at Ullensvang Lutheran Church at Thor. Brenda formerly worked at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and at Tea Thyme. She was also a proud homemaker and mother.

Brenda was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. She enjoyed collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia and antiques, good conversation, entertaining, and cooking for her family.

Family services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to St. Paul Lutheran Church or Almost Home.
