Barbara Ann Hutchinson
Barbara Ann (Walsh) Hutchinson of Omaha, NE, age 81, passed away April 23, 2024. She was born April 16, 1943 in Davenport, IA and grew up on the family farm near Bancroft, IA.
On May 25, 1963, she married Ken Hutchinson in Bancroft, IA. She worked part time 17 years at Corpus Christi Church and volunteered at her children’s schools.
Barb is survived by her daughter Diane Sederburg (Dave), Omaha, NE and son Dan Hutchinson (Chris), Omaha, NE; grandchildren Derek, Ryan, Rachel Sederburg and Emily, Robert, Charles, Lizzy Hutchinson, sisters Ann Marie Heldorfer (Phil), Bancroft, IA, and Jean Farrow (Charlie), Aurora, CO.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ken Hutchinson, mother, Marina Walsh, and father Lawrence Walsh.
Barb loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s activities. She also enjoyed visiting family and friends, playing cards, attending concerts and plays and writing letters to her many friends and family members.
A memorial will be held in Omaha at a later date.
