Johnny Eggers
John “Johnny” M. Eggers, 68, of Fort Dodge, died April 22, 2024, at his home.
Cremation services have been entrusted to Gunderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
John Merle Eggers was born May 2, 1955, in Fort Dodge, son of Merle and Pauline Eggers. John graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School. He was employed with the Messenger, Mitchel Dental Lab and did deliveries for medical supplies. John enjoyed fishing, watching racing with his dad and going to car shows.
He is survived by his half-sister Julie Kuhlmann, his stepbrothers John E. Eggers and Doug A. Eggers as well as many aunts, uncle, cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents and his brother Edward Staver, his grandparents Edward and Louise Eggers and John and Pauline Lasko-Ondrekja.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 10, 2024 from 3:00 -7:00 pm at the Oleson Park – Donna Jean Monkelien Pavilion.
