Myron Freund

Myron Darrell Freund, 67, passed away November 30, 2023, at his home. Myron was born February 6, 1956 in Fort Dodge to Merle and Dorothy (Nekvinda) Freund and attended Fort Dodge schools graduating in 1973 after playing baseball for the Dodgers. He began his love for motorcycles at Grove and Burke Kawasaki, and raced motocross before he could drive a car. He moved to Lancaster, Texas, to work at a Kawasaki shop with his friend Bart Mundie and never returned to Iowa. He later became an Estimator and Project Manager for several large contractors in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
