Diane Liddell
Diane Marie Liddell (Sawyer), 72, of Kansas City, MO, lost her fight with ovarian cancer on Sunday, February 4, 2024. She was surrounded by her loving family. A celebration of her life will be held at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, Missouri on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 2 to 4PM.
Diane was the most giving person on earth. If she was able to help someone, she would never pass up the opportunity. She loved to spend time with her family, gambling, watching movies, old reruns of Perry Mason, Matlock, & Columbo, shopping, reading, showing off her classy wardrobe, and drinking margaritas in Mexico. She was the queen of bartering with the locals there. She will be missed every second of every day. We are so fortunate to have her in our lives. We are glad that Jack was there to welcome her into heaven.

Diane was preceded in death by her father Marvin Sawyer and husband Jack Liddell & brother-in-law Gordon Voelschow.
She is survived by her daughters Heather (Tim) and Amber (Andy) and grandchildren; Hailey, Brady, Hannah & Cody. Her mother Barbara Sawyer, siblings, Sherry Voelschow, Deb (Steve) Thornes, Peggy (Craig) Larson, Joyce (Terry) Peterson, Teresa (Mark) Myer, Jane (Rick) Nielsen, Ricky (Zoe) Sawyer
