Dwaylene Evans, 81, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at the Rotary Senior Living Center in Eagle Grove.
A Celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 12th, at 1:00 PM at Lighthouse Ministries Church in Fort Dodge with Rev. John Elkin officiating.
