Tim “Charlie Chase” Bohlke, 68, of Fort Dodge, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at his home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Monday, December 11, 2023, at Holy Trinity Church. Burial will follow at Corpus Christi Cemetery. A visitation will be Sunday, December 10, 2023, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at Laufersweiler Funeral Home.
