Darrel Gommels

Darrel Gommels, age 89, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, went to be with the Lord on Nov. 11, 2023. He passed away at home surrounded by his loved ones.

Visitation will be held at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home on Wilson Ave. from 5 – 8 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2023. Memorial Services: 9:30 a.m. Nov. 18, 2023, at Zion Lutheran Church, Hiawatha, Iowa. Reverend Kevin Zellers will be officiating. Burial will be 3 p.m. that day at Rose Hill Cemetery in Manson, Iowa.
