POCAHONTAS — Leo J. Schuttler — age 83, of Pocahontas, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Pocahontas Community Hospital in Pocahontas, Iowa.

Funeral services are 10:30 AM, Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic Church in Pocahontas, Iowa, with Fr. Paul Nguyen and Msgr. Michael Sernett officiating.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Pocahontas, Iowa.

Visitation will be held from 4 – 6 PM, Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at Powers Funeral Home in Pocahontas, Iowa.

Public prayer service will be at 3:45 PM, Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at the funeral home.
