LAURENS — Helen “Betty” Griffin, age 88, of Laurens, passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Avera Heart Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, June 16, 2022, at Resurrection of Our Lord Catholic Church in Pocahontas, Iowa, with Fr. Craig Collison officiating. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery near Gilmore City, Iowa.

Visitation is from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at Powers Funeral Home, Sacred Heart Chapel in Laurens, Iowa. Vigil service will be 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at the funeral home in Laurens.
