MARGARET ROSE WELLS

Margaret Rose Wells, 98, died Monday, April 25th, at the Paula J. Baber Home in Fort Dodge.

Margaret is survived by her daughters, Jackie (Marc) Greenfield and Pattie Tucker; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and four nieces.

Margaret, daughter of Frank and Julia Summers, was born May 11th, 1923. She graduated high school in Somers, Iowa, and then served as a Corpsman for the U.S. Navy in Corpus Christi, TX, during WWII. She married Charles Wells in 1947, and they were married for 55 years. Margaret was an accomplished pianist and artist.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and siblings, Guy Summers and Eden Brock.
