MALLARD — Thomas Joseph O’Brien, 70, of Mallard, IA, passed away at Avera Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD, on Tues. Dec. 14, 2021. A Celebration of Tom’s life will be held on Tues. Dec. 21 at 2:00 p.m. at Larson-Weishaar Funeral Home in Manson with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Manson.
Tom is survived by his wife Lou Jean; their children Sayaard (Ryan) Parrish and Matthew (Lindsey) O’Brien both of Olathe, KS; Kimberly (Mike) Gehrt of Mallard, IA; Kenneth (Angie) Hansen of Pocahontas, IA; Kelley (Mike) Ferguson of Spencer, IA; eight grandchildren; one great grandson; brother William (Pam) O’Brien of Castle Rock, CO; brother-in-law Roger Berger of Farnhamville, IA.
