ROCKWELL CITY — Frances Marcella Hammen 92, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2021 at her home. Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021 at St. Francis Catholic Church, Rockwell City. Burial of casket will be at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 26 at St. Francis Catholic Church, with a Parish Rosary at 4:00 p.m. and a Vigil for the deceased at 7:00 p.m. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
