KINNICK BISHOP
Kinnick Greggory Bishop, 13 months, son of Thomas (TJ) Bishop and Tiffany Groat of Fort Dodge, earned his angel wings way too early on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Blank Children’s Hospital in Des Moines. A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Monday, August 2, 2021 at Grace Lutheran Church in Fort Dodge. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2-5pm Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Gunderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services. An inurnment will take place at a later date.
Kinnick Greggory Bishop was born on June 1, 2020 to his loving parents, Thomas (TJ) Bishop and Tiffany Groat in Fort Dodge, IA. Kinnick was loved by all and brought joy to all who were blessed to have known him.
Kinnick is survived by his loving family including his parents, Thomas (TJ) Bishop and Tiffany Groat; his fur brother, Champ Bishop; his grandparents, Alisa Johnson, Mark (Shelli) Groat, Julie (Doug) Spillman, and Gregg (Cathy) Bishop; his great-grandpa, Myron Groat; his aunts and uncles, Jason (Stephanie) Bishop, Kyle (Ashley) Bishop, Matthew (Courtney) Groat, Hayley Johnson, Shannon Crouse, and Christina Crouse; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Kinnick was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Joann Groat, Jack (Virginia) Presler, Tom (Evelyn) Millea, and Arlene Bishop; and his aunt, Carrie Bishop.
Special thanks to the amazing community support and outpouring of love for Kinnick, including that of the Iowa Donor Network, and the Fort Dodge and Otho Fire Departments.
