William Edward Bell, 62, of Fort Dodge, passed away in his home on Saturday, February 20, 2021. He was survived by his partner, Julie Lumsden-Garst, Fort Dodge. Children, Amy and Edward, Father F.W. Bell, Mother Dolores Claus and brothers James and Glenn. Born and raised in New York state where he will return to rest.
