RANDY WOLTER

MANSON — Randall John Wolter passed away peacefully after family had gathered around him on October 27th, 2020. Fun­eral services will be held on Sat. Oct. 31 at Faith Community Church, rural Palmer, at 3:00 p.m. There will be visitation at the church from 1:00 until the time of the service on Saturday. Larson-Weishaar Funeral Home is serving the family.

Randy was born on July 5, 1955 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. He grew up in Manson where he graduated from Manson High School in 1974, where he wrestled and played football.

On June 7, 1975 he was united in marriage with Susan Kocour at United Methodist Church in Rockwell City, Iowa. They resided in Manson with their 3 children. He drove truck for a number of different trucking companies through the years. He attended Iowa Lakes Community College and graduated with a degree in Marine and Small Engine Repair.

Randy is survived by his wife, Sue of 45 years. He is also survived by children and grandchildren. Tina (Mark) Davis, Cole and Kyle; Jim (Gina) Wolter, Sami, Ellie, Dani, Bradley and Charlie; Emily Wolter (Kreg Klein), Peyton, Isabelle, Jaqueline, and Sebastian. Other survivors are mother Carolyn Wolter, siblings Julie Wolter, Patty Fox, Tom Wolter, Joe Fiebiger, Amy (Ron) Sumner, Mary LaFountaine, as well as Sue’s siblings, their spouses and families.

Randy is preceded in death by his Dad, Dale Wolter, birth Father Frank Fiebiger and Step-mom Karen Fiebiger.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Randy’s memory to his family to be used at their discretion.
