ROCKWELL CITY — Memorial Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, at St. Francis Catholic Church, Rockwell City. Those attending the Funeral Mass are required to wear masks and observe social distancing. Burial will be at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery. A Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, at the Palmer & Swank Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be live streamed via Palmer & Swank Funeral Home FaceBook page.
