ISIAH “IKE” HILL

Isiah “Ike” Hill, 81, of Fort Dodge died September 11, 2020 at TRMC.

Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, September 18th at Laufersweiler Funeral Home. Burial will be at Pilgrim Rest Cemetery, Wilson, Louisiana. A visitation will be one-hour prior at the funeral home.

Mr. Isiah Hill was born in Wilson, Louisiana on August 7, 1939. He was the 16th child of a family of 18 born to his parents, William and Iva (Williams) Hill. He moved to Fort Dodge in the early 1960’s. He joined the Chicago North Western Railroad, which later became Union Pacific, from 1973 – 2004. He retired after 31 years of service. Isaiah loved to bowl, fish, hunt, and garden.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Mattie S. Mosley-Hill; sons, Reo (Yolanda) Mosley, Christopher Mosley, Charles Mosley, Chad Grady; daughters, Phyllis (Steven) Payton, Renetta (Rick) Pate, Alice Mosley-Rose, and Wanda Mosley; a brother and 2 sisters.
