Vern A. Jones, 80, of Moorland, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2020, at UnityPoint Health Trin­ity Reg­ional Med­ical Center in Fort Dodge.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Sharon; his sons, Eric and Chris; daughters-in-law, Amy and Susan; grandson, Tyler; and his sister, Roberta Phillips of La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Vern was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and he will be deeply missed. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Gunderson Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Fort Dodge.
